Ingredients:
– G2G Bajra (Pearl Millet) flour: 2 tablespoons
– Water: 2 cups
– Jaggery or sugar: as per taste
– G2G A2 Gir Ghee: 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom powder: 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Almonds or nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat water in a pan until it comes to a boil.
- In a separate bowl, mix G2G bajra flour with a little water to make a smooth paste.
- Gradually add the bajra paste to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the raab thickens slightly.
- Add jaggery or sugar to taste, and cardamom powder if using. Mix well until the sweetener dissolves.
- Turn off the heat and add G2G A2 Gir ghee, stirring until well incorporated.
- Pour into serving cups, garnish with almonds or nuts if desired, and serve hot.
