Ingredients:
1 cup G2G ragi flour (finger millet flour)
1/4 cup G2G rice flour
1/4 cup yogurt (or buttermilk)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
Water (as needed)
1 small onion (finely chopped, optional)
2-3 green chilies (finely chopped, optional)
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped, optional)
G2G Sunflower Oil or G2G ghee (for cooking)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine G2G ragi flour, G2G rice flour, yogurt, cumin seeds, and salt.
Gradually add water to achieve a smooth, pourable batter.
If desired, mix in finely chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves for added flavour.
Heat a non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
Drizzle a little G2G sunflower oil or G2G ghee on the surface.
Once the pan is hot, pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet.
Spread it gently in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges and on top of the dosa. Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).
Carefully flip the dosa and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is golden and cooked through.
Remove the dosa from the pan and serve hot with chutney, sambar, or any side dish of your choice.
