Ingredients:
1½ cup G2G Rice Atta
½ cup rava, coarse
¾ tsp salt
4 cup water
1 onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
2 chilli, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
few curry leaves, chopped
1 tsp cumin
G2G Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, for roasting
Instructions:
Firstly, add 1½ cup G2G Rice Atta, ½ cup rava and ¾ tsp salt.
Pour 4 cup water and mix using a whisk.
Further add 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 chilli, 2 tbsp coriander, a few curry leaves and 1 tsp cumin.
Mix well and rest for 20 minutes for rava to soak well.
After 20 minutes, you can see the batter is watery. you can adjust the consistency by adding water if required.
When the pan is super hot, pour the batter on the pan.
Spread 1 tsp oil and allow to roast for 2 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp.
